At HIIT FIT GROUP, our programs are led by owner and Movement Specialist Curtis Huggins. With a unique background as a military veteran and former Division I athlete, Curtis brings a foundation of discipline and expertise to every session. Having logged over 125,000 hours of training and helped over 350 clients achieve their health goals, he delivers a personalized and effective approach that is proven to get results.
I’ve been going to Curtis close to three months and I can honestly say this is one of the best investments I made in my health in my entire life. Finally under 200 and I’ve lost about 25 pounds since starting with him. The workouts we do are challenging, but attentiveness, support, and humor absolutely proves to be his secret sauce to helping others achieve healthier, more toned bodies not just for today but also for the future. I’m very grateful for Curtis and his program and the community of other people who are also on their fitness journey with him as their trainer.

I heard about Curtis through a friend, and I made contact immediately. He is super professional but also not too uptight so it's guaranteed to always be a fun session and that makes the whole health and weight loss journey much less intimidating. All the workout is individually tailored to each client and thoroughly explained so that you understand the why???? Communication is always clear and his sessions are very flexible. I love Curtis! I was a lazy and didn't want to do personal training because I really wanted to do weight loss surgery and be done. Going to HIIT FIT GROUP was the best decision I've made. I learned how to become discipline with working out and eating. Curtis is so passionate about helping people and it shows.
