With a unique background as a military veteran and former Division I athlete, Curtis brings a foundation of discipline and expertise to every session. Having logged over 125,000 hours of training and helped over 350 clients achieve their health goals, he delivers a personalized and effective approach that is proven to get results.

HIITFIRGROUP is my one stop shop for all of my body goals. People pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for a nutritionist, a sports trainer, a physical trainer, a recovery coach, an accountability partner, an active community etc. Curtis is literally all in one! He has built an incredible community that is Christ centered, magnetic, motivating & educational! I was invited to join a family fun day to play pickleball, where our entire family came to enjoy time together, moving our bodies, honoring our temple.. I love how he started off the day in prayer. 🙏🏼 From there, I attended a Bootcamp class that pushed me to my limit in a short period of time. I’ve been wanting to learn pickleball for years, and I’m so glad I finally did through Curtis’s new pickleball clinic! He was an excellent instructor — patient, knowledgeable, and really good at breaking down the rules and techniques in a way that made sense for beginners. He taught me and two of my friends, answered every question we had, and made the entire session fun and engaging. I left feeling confident and excited to keep playing. If you’ve ever wanted to try pickleball, I highly recommend learning from Curtis! Great teacher, great energy… and not bad company either.

Curtis is an incredible trainer! From day one, he’s been professional, knowledgeable, and very intentional about tailoring each workout to my goals. He pushes me just enough that I surprise myself constantly, and he explains things in a way that makes fitness easy to understand and actually enjoyable. What really sets him apart is his consistency and attention to detail. He pays close attention to form, celebrates progress big and small, and makes sure every session feels productive. On top of that, he creates an encouraging, positive environment that keeps me motivated even on tough days. Bottom line is, if you want results, accountability, and a trainer who will hype you up, call you out, and have you laughing while you’re gasping for air, Curtis is the one. Top tier. 10/10 recommend!

Been working with Curtis for a few months now. I’ve never been the type to like working with a personal trainer but thought I’d give it a try. Needless to say, I don’t regret it. Curtis is motivational without being overbearing, encouraging without being annoying, and gracefully toes the line of knowing when to push you without making you want to quit. Communication is also impeccable. Not only does he communicate to make sure your meals and activity are where they need to be, he also never asks anything of you without an explaination of why. If you have been thinking about personal training, Curtis is your guy!
